1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PostPaid ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PostPaid is a marketplace connecting businesses with micro-influencers and content creators. The Platform facilitates pay-per-interaction campaigns where creators earn money based on verified engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, views).

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. For Businesses

• Campaign budgets are held in escrow until interactions are verified.
• You set your own pay-per-interaction rates.
• Platform fees (20% standard, 10% on your first campaign) are deducted from campaign spend.
• Refunds are available for unspent campaign budgets.

5. For Creators

• Earnings are calculated based on verified interactions only.
• Withdrawals are available in EUR or USD.
• Cryptocurrency payouts are coming soon.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Artificially inflating engagement metrics.
• Using bots or automated services.
• Misrepresenting follower counts or engagement rates.
• Posting content that violates platform guidelines.
• Harassment or abuse of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostPaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
